Excelsio provides broadband consulting services that are designed to help municipalities and counties explore a wide range of broadband options:

The Excelsio team is made up of experienced individuals who have built and operated fiber and wireless networks. We understand every single element of the fiber and wireless network planning, implementation, and operation process. Excelsio will perform the following activities as part of a broadband consulting engagement, commonly referred to as a Feasibility Study:

1. Perform a detailed needs assessment.

2. Prepare a network design.

3. Research spectrum options and prepare a 700 MHz waiver request if required.

4. Research the various funding options and assist with securing funding, if required.

5. Assist with governance issues.

6. Map un-served and underserved areas in your jurisdiction, down to the census block level if required.

7. Prepare a detailed business and financial plan in accordance with funding guidelines.

8. Oversee all aspects of the engineering and network deployment process.
